Rush Hours Delay: During peak hours (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM), higher order volumes may extend delivery times beyond the usual 30 to 60 minutes. We strive to minimize these delays and appreciate your understanding during busy periods.
Estimated Delivery Time: At checkout, you will receive an estimated delivery time based on current order volumes and traffic conditions. You can track your order status and receive real-time updates through the Home Food app.
Home Food’s subscription service allows customers to schedule orders over a set period, such as Monday to Friday.
On the first day, the restaurant and driver receive notifications and can accept or decline the subscription.
From the second day onwards, the customer tracks the order under "Running Status." The restaurant and driver do not receive further notifications.
Ensure all subscription details are accurate when placing the order.
Modifications or cancellations must be made before the subscription start date.
Standard Delivery Fee: A standard delivery fee applies to each order and varies depending on your location and the distance from the kitchen. The applicable fee will be shown at checkout.
